    Eligibility Criteria:

(i) Eligibility Criteria is to be considered as per RRBs CWE-II Advertisement published in Employment News/Rozgar

Samachar Issue Dated 6th July – 12th July, 2013 released by IBPS and posted on the IBPS’s website www.ibps.in.

(ii) Language Proficiency: Candidates are required to possess proficiency in the Hindi  Language and must have

passed “Hindi” as one of the subject at matriculation/10th Standard.

    How To Apply:

(i) Candidates are required to apply online through Bank’s website www.jharkhandgraminbank.com between 01.04.2014

and 16.04.2014. No other means/ mode of application will be accepted.

(ii) Candidates should ensure that their personal email ID (as specified in the online application form
while applying for RRBs- CWE-II (CWE conducted in September/ October 2013) is kept active
during the currency of a recruitment project. Bank may send call letters for Interview etc. to the
registered e-mail ID.

(iii) Candidates can Apply Online by visiting the Recruitment Link on the Bank’s website
www.jharkhandgraminbank.com. All the fields in the online Application format should be
filled up carefully.

(iv) Please note that the above procedure is the only valid procedure for applying. No other mode of
application or incomplete steps would be accepted and such applications would be rejected.

(v) The Application printout along with required copies of documents should be kept ready for
submission if shortlisted for Interview.

The applicant should sign and affix his/her photograph on such printout of application and keep the
same ready for submission if selected for Interview along with copies of required documents
mentioned below:

1. Printout of the online application submitted.
2. Printout of IBPS Scores for the stipulated examination.
3. 10th
 standard examination Mark sheet in support of local language.
4. Attested copy of School leaving certificate or any other document as proof of age
acceptable to the Bank.
5. Attested copies of Mark sheets / certificates in support of Educational Qualification;
6. Attested copy of certificate of Computer Course, as applicable;
7. Caste / PWD any other related certificate as applicable.
8. Photo identity proof.
9. Any other relevant document

RESPONSIBILITIES:

College Liaison Librarians at CSU work to increase the visibility of library services across the University and cooperate with a variety of campus constituencies to promote research and instructional services, digital projects, institutional repositories, and grant activities.

This entry-level, tenure-track faculty position will be responsible for outreach to and collaboration with academic departments in the agricultural and natural sciences. This librarian will have excellent oral, written and presentation skills. Duties will include providing and assessing effective subject-based instruction, research services and collection development to support students, faculty and researchers in the assigned academic departments. The successful candidate will utilize emerging technologies to expand access to library resources and services. This person will also be prepared to engage in scholarly publishing and professional service as required for tenure and promotion.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required: Graduate degree in library science from an ALA-accredited program at time of appointment. Experience working with scientific information resources. Demonstrated public service or customer service experience. Experience providing instruction or presenting to groups.

Preferred: A graduate degree, or an undergraduate major or minor in a scientific discipline. Experience working with information resources in the agricultural or natural sciences, for example, chemistry, agronomy, horticulture, etc. Experience providing research/reference services in a library environment. Experience providing instruction in an academic library, particularly in the sciences. Excellent oral, written and presentation skills. Experience or interest in exploring new library technologies and innovative options. Experience working effectively both in a collaborative environment and independently. Experience with GIS resources, applications and service needs in a research environment. Experience with data management trends and issues in a research environment.

RANK AND SALARY: Faculty status and responsibilities. Twelve-month tenure-track appointment with contract reviewed annually until tenure is granted. Rank is dependent upon qualifications. Insurance benefits are available. Faculty may select from several options for medical, dental, life, and personal disability insurance, as well as retirement plans. Full-time faculty earn 24 days of vacation and 15 days of sick leave annually. Optional deferred compensation. This is an entry-level position with a starting salary range of $42,000 to $50,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
